Our Faculty Development programs are designed to empower educators with the necessary tools, techniques and knowledge to excel in their roles. We provide comprehensive training sessions that address various aspects of teaching, including pedagogy, classroom management, curriculum development, student engagement, assessment strategies and more. Our TAT Professional program has Three Course Levels designed for management, teaching and non-teaching staff members of the Institution.        

  1. 1st Level    – Personal Development Course
  2. 2nd Level   – Social & Professional Development Course
  3. 3rd Level    – Academic Development Course

EACH COURSE LEVEL IS CUSTOMIZED AS PER INSTITUTIONS NEED

By participating in our Faculty Development program, teaching and non-teaching staff can expect to gain valuable insights, Improve their Teaching Practices, Enhance Communication and Collaboration skills, foster a greater sense of Unity and Shared Purpose within the Institution and personal Life. These outcomes not only benefit the individual staff members but also contribute to the overall growth and success of the Institution.

 

“TAME A TENSION” (TAT - Minimum 2 or 3 Days program)

This professional course is devised considering the Management Demands, Institutional Need and Culture, Participanting Faculty's Gender, Age, Health Condition, Job Responcibility, Academic or Technical Qualifications, Participant’s expectations and the program Objective. The Course Module focuses on developing;

  1. Empathy & Compassion: Teachers must be empathetic and compassionate to create a supportive learning environment.
  2. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Teachers must be able to work effectively with administrators, colleagues and parents to support student learning and achievement.
  3. Emotional Intelligence: Teachers must understand and manage their emotions including the emotions of their students for effective personal and professional life balance.
  4. Adaptability: Teachers need to be flexible to meet varying needs of their students and adjust their teaching approach accordingly.
  5. Classroom Management Skills Teachers need skills to manage the classroom environment effectively.
  6. Pedagogical knowledge: Teachers should be knowledgeable about different teaching methodologies and various approaches to effectively engage and create a conducive learning environment.
  7. Organizational Skills: Teachers must plan lessons, assignments and keep track of student progress and administrative tasks.
  8. Technological Skills: Teachers must understand the current technological innovations and be proficient in using technology to enhance the learning experience.

 PROGRAM FORMAT:

  •  Introduction: Explaining the purpose and objective of the training and what students can expect to gain from it.
  •  Warm-up Activities: Starting with team-building and ice-breaking exercises to get the students comfortable with each other and encourage Interaction and collaboration.
  •  Experiential Learning Activities: Activities that challenge the students to solve practical, real-life problems.
  •  Debriefing: Students will be given the opportunity to reflect on their experiences and share their insights and learning with others.
  •  Life-Skill Sessions: Students go through action-oriented projects to build courage, confidence, develop key values and life-skills.
  •  Team Projects: Real time situations where students need to apply what they have learned and solve and present their findings to all.
  •  Conclusions: Summary of the key takeaways and an emphasis on the importance of application of these learning outcomes.
  •  Certification and Feedback: Successful participants will receive Certificate; they provide the feedback and evaluate the program through a feedback form.

ACTIVITIES:

The participants involve in Mind Games, Self exploration activities, Goal Seeking and Constructive Imagination activities. These combination of Indoor and Outbound activities features the group play, importance of group dynamics, navigating road blocks, alternative ways to handle difficult students, handling adverse situations and hardships, general life-skill knowledge, self-confidence, capacity building, effective use of opportunity, deliberation on best practices, importance of academic achievements, brief introduction on current demands, importance of goal setting, purpose and persuasion.

The program Aims to enhance interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, promote effective communication and collaboration, achieve a better work-life balance, capacity to handle challenging situations, improve mentoring and teaching abilities, enhance coordination and increase job satisfaction.
