PU COLLEGE OUTBOUND PROGRAM
Institutions accept students from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, most of them are highly influenced by digital signatures and find shelter in comfort zones with Inherited Habits. They possess a mind-set of "I Know Everything" and are highly "Overconfident". Most of them Lack Common Ssense, Concern and Morals.
Incorporating "Experiential Education" programs "Beyond the Comfort Zone" of the Institution has a significant impact on creating a balanced learning environment. NEP-2020 emphasizes "Experiential Education" and "Moral Values" in the curriculum, but the Institutions have limited time to address this compromising academic compulsion and it is challenging to find experts to fulfil this specific need.
The Students who undergo our courses effectively contain: Dependency on digital signature or Social Media Presence, Wastage of food & Resources & Habits or Negative Behaviour
COURSE MODULES:
A) Understanding Me or “U-N-Me”: (3 or 5 Days program)
The "Understanding Me" is a Personal and Social Development course module aimed to provide students with a strong foundation in values and character development, as well as helping them understand their own strengths and weaknesses. Guiding on Goal and objective setting, promoting positive habits, this program seeks to foster a sense of progress and practicality among students, encouraging them to resist negative influences.
OUTCOME: Participants understand the importance of Values, Character, Strengths and Shortfalls, become Progressive, Positive and Practical, Contain Negative Influences and Habits, understand the importance of getting organized and disciplined.
B) “What Nxt” Course: (3 to 5 Days program)
The "What Nxt" is for final semester course module designed to help students focus on market driven Skill and Academic Excellence, Infuse decision-making and problem-solving skills, and how to become tactical and result-oriented, encouraging them to get organized and approach their goals with a clear understanding of their ambition and prospects.
OUTCOME: Participants become serious in their approach towards employability prospects and focus on academics, develop their adaptability, decision-making and problem-solving skills which will help them achieve their goals and prepare for the challenges they may face in their lives.
